Nōshi Restaurant & Bar is a contemporary Japanese-inspired dining destination located in Nottingham's Trinity Square. The interior was designed by Edwin Pickett, Founder and Interior Designer of Hospitality Design Studio Ltd, who led the project from concept development through to completion.

Nōshi Restaurant & Bar was created as a luxury dining destination inspired by Japanese and Chinese design. The restaurant interior blends contemporary aesthetics with cultural influences, resulting in an immersive and refined hospitality environment.

The space was carefully designed to elevate the guest experience, combining premium materials, atmospheric lighting and thoughtfully planned layouts to support both dining and social interaction. Inspired by the principles of balance and harmony, the design reflects key elements of Japanese philosophy, creating a cohesive and visually striking setting.

This project showcases our expertise in hospitality interior design, delivering a high-end restaurant and cocktail bar that seamlessly combines creative vision with operational functionality.
