Tattu Manchester

Tattu Manchester was designed by Edwin Pickett, Founder and Interior Designer of Hospitality Design Studio Ltd, who led the project from concept development through to completion.

Located in Spinningfields, Manchester, the original Tattu Manchester restaurant marked the beginning of the Tattu brand journey, creating a luxury Asian-inspired dining destination in one of the city's most vibrant districts.

The concept is centred around an ‘East meets West’ narrative, inspired by the cultural journey of body art and expressed through bespoke design features, cherry blossom installations and symbolic detailing. Contemporary materials and atmospheric lighting combine to create an immersive and memorable guest experience.

This project showcases Edwin Pickett's expertise in hospitality interior design, blending storytelling, culture and innovative design to deliver a high-end restaurant concept in Manchester. The result is a distinctive dining environment that combines creative vision with operational functionality and establishes the foundations of the Tattu brand experience.
